  What I love about this gym is the personal one on one training that you get with top notch experienced trainers. Besides training you obtain knowledge on diet and develop incredible motivation to pursue your goals. The atmosphere in this gym is genuine and the clients are all wonderful. If your looking for results and a way to meet your goals this is the gym to join.

  This place has changed my life... the staff is professional, competent, and completely dedicated to your personal goals. Since joining My Training Gym roughly 2 years ago, I have successfully lost 60 pounds... the right way... And in the process I have completely changed my lifestyle and am a much happier, well rounded, successful person. Each workout is different... yet highly effective in achieving your personal goals. The atmosphere at My Training Gym breeds success... whether it be the motivation of the trainers, or the kind, thoughtful, and encouraging words from the other members... everyone at My Training Gym works as a team to help you be the best person you could be.
