  I’m amazed this place got such good reviews ...
  at check in it was clear that efficient service wasn’t front and center which is what id come to expect from a Hyatt. The shuttle was “booked” and I was told to use Uber if I needed a ride.
  
  My smoke detector starting talking to me at 1am on the first night and the last straw, I just waited for 20 minutes, at the bar waiting to order some food and it was chaos. The till wasn’t working, the bartender was taking orders in a haphazard way and not taking note to who was there first ...
  
  I do not recommend this place and will not be coming back
