  I am issuing a 1 star review due to the very poor quality of customer service rendered by this business. I spent close to $200 on a take out family dinner here recently, and the restaurant staff packaged all hot meals with greasy/wet aluminum dishes into a thin paper bag. Upon arriving at home I proceeded to diligently take the food out of my car and to my surprise (and shock) the paper bag ripped open and all of the food spilled onto my driveway. I called the restaurant promptly afterwards and they informed me that there is nothing that they can do about my situation. The food was packaged by one of their employees and that is all they knew. They were of course happy to keep the proceeds of the sale though and never followed up on issuing a credit for their mistake or an official apology. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food prepared. Sadly this restaurant did not live up to the 4+ Stars it has on Google reviews. I would not visit this place again.

  BYOB - great food, small and cozy with only a few tables. The Brussels sprouts are a specialty and are worth trying. The chef is very friendly and will come by the table if he has a chance. The staff is polite and easy to talk with. Make a reservation as this place can quickly fill up.
