  They installed a gas line from the basement to my deck and left without hooking up the quick connect to the hose to the grill. This was the Thursday before mother's Day. we had a cook out scheduled but couldn't use the grill. I called and left messages 3 times. They never even returned a phone call. Nice way to do business ?!?! Basically a take the money and run kind of operation.
