  The best decision my wife and I made in this 2-year process (after reaching an impasse with our prior broker) was picking up the phone in June and calling Ryan. He listened well, sounded knowledgeable, competent, hard working, high energy, sincere and easy to talk to.
  
  He delivered on all of that... and much more! He conducted himself
  with the highest degree of integrity while standing by our side
  offering straight forward advice and fighting for us right up until
  the papers were signed... and actually well beyond that.
  
  In the two years we searched, we met many agents and worked with a team of two. Ryan ran circles around them and every agent we ever met in every aspect.
  
  His experience in construction and systems inside the home were instrumental in solidifying our minds on the home we fell in love with, but had some reservations about. Without his knowledge we would probably have missed some great aspects of the home and might also have been scared off by things that Ryan was able to set our mind at ease about.
  
  He offered great advice about constructing a strong offer. And at the same time saw through all the hype about possible multiple bids. He advised we take out time and reach a decision based on what was best for us.
  
  During the home inspection item/negotiating phase Ryan's "get it done" approach got us the inspections and estimates we needed to fully understand what we were undertaking with the purchase and what were fair concessions from the seller.
  
  Ryan never once made us feel like he was doing this for a sale or for
  the money. He always made us feel like we had a family member or
  close friend and advocate at our side.
  
  We are certain we would not have made it passed the initial home visit, let alone the offer process.... and would not be writing this as happy home owners had it not been for Ryan!
  
  For all of that we thank him!!
  
  The home buying/decision making process is way too important to compromise on whom you select to represent you. Pick a good attorney... a good mortgage banker.... but really, do not settle on anything or for anyone other than the best when it comes to a real estate agent.
