  I was on hold for ONE HOUR AND FORTY-EIGHT MINUTES, when suddenly I received a message that due to a system error I should try again later! I already have an appointment, and simply wanted to ask a question. What kind of screwed up business is that? After hearing ad infinitum that my call is important to them, then to have that happen, I think NOT! When I first made the appointment (by calling in the early morning hours, they asked me so many unnecessary questions, including my religion! How on earth is my religion relevant to a mammogram?!
