  Oh heck no! Every time I go to this Market it is about the opposite of a great experience. With the exception of very kind and seemingly competent people who work in the produce and the vitamin and health and beauty area, most of the people here can't even answer simple questions about the store or the schedule or any number of things. Each time we have visited this store it has seemed employees are preferring to stand around chatting then to help the customers and I've even seen employees scratch down on the Isle talking with their buddy and fellow co-worker while eating sandwiches and talking about how late they were to work. The deli area is usually poorly kept at the soup bar and salad bar and many things are usually missing. Went there once for breakfast at about 9 in the morning and there was almost nothing left, and the supplies were minimal at best workers behind the deli counter didn't seem to really know much about what was going on or care or try to help. Always finding things not marked with prices on the aisle as well. Why would they think people would finish eating by 9 in the morning? Cashiers off and seem lazy and don't go out of their way to get questions answered that they can't answer themselves. Very strange and poorly run store from my perspective. Too bad because the one in Madison is a bit far for us but probably will make the trre9k and just shop at Whole Foods a little less often.
