  The reason we moved to Rose Arbor is that they allow dogs. What we found is life at Rose Arbor can be whatever you want it to be. You're in the center of all that goes on in Morristown, Morris County, Morris Township, Northern New Jersey, or the New York Metropolitan area. Real estate is all about location, location, location. Rose Arbor has it! The reasonable Association fee covers all the things we don't want to do so we can enjoy life! The Board is active & responsive (although some things take awhile to accomplish). LOVE the new energy efficient LED lighting throughout the community.
